Facility Service Center Specialist with Swedish Language


Circle K is currently looking for Specialist Facility Service Center. Person who will take role of Specialist Facility Service Center will guide the Swedish stores to fix the problem or dispatch a work order to the right external Suppliers/Service providers. The Specialist Facility Service Center will work closely with the local maintenance Engineers in Sweden and follow up the Suppliers efficiency (on agreed SLA) and control the cost. The person who will take this position shall be open-minded, enthusiastic self-taught and ready to provide technical support to our sites.  

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Technical support for assets and equipment located in CK stores 
  • Registering cases in the system and supervision according to the KPI’s 
  • Troubleshooting and advice to the reported technical/functional issues 
  • Ordering maintenance and repair service from external Suppliers and follow up on deliveries
  • Manage and coordinate with Suppliers to repair and service the building infrastructure (i.e. mechanical, plumbing, electrical, heating and ventilations systems, power supply and building monitoring systems) and forecourt's assets (i.e. pumps).  
  • Responsible for developing and implementing specifications, procedures and quality standards in cooperation with Irish Experts 
  • Active communication to all parties involved (SM, service companies, maintenance engineers, technicians, etc.) for effective problem resolution
  • Follow up on cost and invoices  
  • Participate in duty service outside office hours, as needed

 
Requirements

 

  • Fluent Swedish language skills 
  • Very good English language skills
  • Higher education in mechanic, electric or similar (technical university degree preferred)
  • Quick learner, ambitious and well organized/structured
  • Experience in technical support as advantage
  • Ability to understand customer demands and come up with solutions to their problems
  • High service orientation and willing to help when needed at the ‘front line’
  • Good teamwork skills
