Circle K Business Centre (SSC) in Warsaw is looking for an enthusiastic specialist to join our team in order to support all HR activities in the company. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR operational support to managers and employees ie. support all activities related to employment process from HR documentation perspective
  • Coordinate updates of HR governance documentation incl. rules of work, rules of remuneration, social fund
  • Support for HR Director in administration and legal company issues
  • Cooperate with external vendors within compensation and benefits area (salary reports, medical package, insurance package) and cooperate with internal Personnel Administration & Payroll team
  • Support various HR projects
  • Support HR Business Partner in areas related to Employer branding, recruitment, onboarding, employee development, trainings, events etc.

 

Requirements:

  • 2 years professional experience in a similar position, preferably in an international environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
  • Advanced/good Word, Excel, Power Point skills
  • Very good knowledge of Polish labor law
  • At least basic knowledge of Polish payroll, social security and tax regulations
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with high sense of responsibility
  • Proactive with strong customer-focus
  • University degree preferably in HR, Psychology or Administration
