Service Desk Agent with Swedish Language


Circle K is currently looking for Service Desk Agents for our 1st Line IT Retail Service Desk. The agent will be a single point of contact responsible for supporting our stations in trouble shooting and providing solutions to IT and forecourt problems they experience.


Main responsibilities


  • Professional customer support for end users of fuel station assets and equipment  (POS, BOS, Forecourt)
  • Troubleshoot and advice to technical/functional issues and problems that are reported
  • Request registration and supervision according to team KPI’s
  • Order maintenance and repair service from external suppliers and follow up on delivery
  • Check system monitoring tools and solve failures reported there
  • Active communication to all parties involved (station employees, service companies, IT and maintenance engineers, etc.) for effective problem resolution
  • Participate in the IT duty service outside office hours, as needed


Main requirements


  • Degree (or last year students) in IT or related fields (IT engineering would be considered as an advantage)
  • Experience in technical support would be considered as an advantage
  • Ability to understand customer demands and come up with solutions to their problems
  • Fluent Swedish and English language skills (at least C1 level)
  • High service orientation
  • Good teamwork skills
