Position: Quality Responsible ITSM Process (CMDB)

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Ensure quality and governance and appropriate security to CMDB
  • Coordinate and facilitate ITSM Process 
  • Gathers requirements on ITIL V3 4 aligned service management processes
  • Produce high quality requirements-related work products, including requirement specifications, process flows
  • Interface with other processes and/or business functions to ensure they are able to leverage the benefits provided by the Configuration Management process
  • Perform Application Portfolio Management and movement of Cis
  • Build and review already existing policies and standards
  • Provide guidance and training on service management toolsets and policies within the organization
  • Collaborate with other departments and IT to develop business cases 
  • CMDB reporting including standard and ad-hoc reporting. In addition, we expect analysis of trends and recommendations for the management

 

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in ITSM and CMDB Management 
  • Experience performing the role of Configuration Manager on large defense contracts
  • Ability to configure and implement new features in in the ITSM tool will be a big advantage
  • Prior experience with the ServiceNow
  • ITIL Foundation Certified will be an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Prior experience working in large, international and dynamic environment
  • Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Self-driven and organizing  
  • Some experience within IT infrastructure and IT Network will be an advantage. 
  • Previous experience of continual process and service improvement
