Manager HR Administration

(Temporary position for 1,5 years)


We are looking for a self-driven and highly motivated person who feels comfortable working in a fast paced and continuously changing environment.

As a Manager HR Administration at our company you will be responsible for HR administration processes for all 8 Circle K Business Units in Europe.

Manager HR Administration is a hands-on role requiring a proven leader to work with continuous process improvements, managing execution of HR

Administration processes according to the local legislation and policies decided by the company and managing correctness and completeness of

employee data. The role requires strong leadership skills to motivate cross-country teams and stakeholder management skills to provide collaborative

problem solving across the Business Units in Europe and functions.


Main responsibilities:

    Manage operational issues and challenges faced by teams of HR Administration function and ensure close dialog with Service Receivers in

      Europe and outsourced payroll provider
     Oversee payroll provider and serve as liaison with internal and external parties and stakeholders
     Develop and automate HR operational processes to reduce processing time, increase the quality and efficiency 
     Drive best practice and process consistency both, within the systems and in connected processes 
     Ensure a well-functioning collaboration model with the European Business Units and with the point of contacts in outsourced service provider
     Develop and maintain a high performing team by supporting an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and

       innovation and promote the development of employees


Main requirements:
 Strong background in human resources with at least several years’ experience in HR administration, within an international work environment
 Bachelor's / Master's Degree in business administration, Human Resources or related field 
 Solid knowledge of business process improvements and development of self-service culture
 Excellent leadership and talent development skills
 Experience with process improvement and/or change management
 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology driven, service environment leveraging collaborative management
 Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset



Monthy salary - Starting from 2300 Eur gross
